Every each of my visits in primary schools of Madagascar leaves me with a profound feeling of hopelessness.

The inefficiency of the educational system here is glaring and it’s painful to watch such a waste of human potential.

The aesthetics of the school boards says it all: childish playfulness and naivety in this environment are like sparks of fire on a cold night.

The "Les EPP's d'RN7" is a series of photographs of school boards, taken by Magdalena in elementary schools of Madagascar in 2021.

The collection is printed on a high quality paper as limited edition, 10 copies of each photo.

Selected works will be sold in a fundraise auction in February 2022 in Antananarivo.

The profits will be passed to NGO Teach for Madagascar , which is working hard every day to run ambitious projects reanimating Malagasy education, giving hope for a better future to millions of kids from rural areas of the country.
